1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  3. Once approved, our team will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions for completing the return.

2. RETURN DEADLINES

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

For damaged or defective items, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

Lost item claims can be filed up to 21 days from the shipping date.

3. COMPENSATION METHODS

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
