1. Shipping Times and Order Processing

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Shipping Times: Once processed, orders will ship based on the shipping method selected at checkout and typically take between 7-21 business days to reach their destination, depending on the location and current demand.
  • Shipping Partners: SM3 utilizes Printful as our primary fulfillment partner. Printful sources products from trusted suppliers to ensure quality. As a result, orders may be shipped directly from suppliers' locations, which can affect delivery times.


2. Shipping Fees and Methods

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available. Actual shipping times may vary due to external factors like customs processing or shipping provider delays.

3. Tracking Information

  • After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to be available.

4. International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
  • Customs Delays: Customs processing may occasionally cause delays. SM3 and Printful are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Delays and Disruptions

  • We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes; however, unforeseen events like weather disruptions, customs delays, or holiday demand may affect shipping times.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the damaged item, and we will coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement or refund, per our Refund Policy (www.sm3brand.com/refundpolicy).

7. Non-Deliverable Orders

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal upon delivery, or unclaimed status may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment. Please ensure that all address details are correct at checkout.
